The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.

The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.

I booked a transfer to the pier and tickets to Railay by speedboat. Everything went great. The transfer was picked up us at the time from the hotel. They told us everything in detail at the pier and escorted us to the boat. During the journey, they carefully checked that no one got lost and did not pass their stop. I definitely recommend it!

Booking is very easy. Upon arrival, show your booking confirmation to the staff, and you'll receive a sticker to wear while waiting to board the boat. Don't lose the sticker, or you won't be allowed to board. We recommend booking in advance, or at least 1-2 hours before departure.

Good service. Pick up from the hotel, and drop off to the new one. Organization is proper. Driver arrived on time. The ferry departed on time. During the low season in Phuket there were plenty empty seats to spread your legs. Smooth travel. We stopped at Phi Phi for 3,5 hours. Booked the long tail boat tour right there on the shore. And explored beautiful Phi Phi. It’s convenient so you don’t have to book a separated excursion, as it’s a stop Phuket - Phi Phi - Krabi. If you wanted to go to Phi phi anyway - it’s a good option.


