Reviews: 3-hour Tasman Island Cruise from Port Arthur
Guest User2026-08-22
The natural scenery was breathtaking. it’s incredible to see what nature has created along this coastline. The staff were very friendly and explained the sights in detail. They even provided seasickness tablets beforehand. I also appreciated that they reassured everyone not to worry about which side of the boat they were sitting on, as the boat would slowly turn 360° at the main sights so everyone could enjoy the view and take photos. The only disappointing part was the Trip.com email, which stated: “Please arrive at the meeting point 45 minutes before your selected session time.” Our cruise was at 9:15am, so because we had a long drive, we arrived around 8:00am. However, the shop wasn’t even open and the briefing only started around 9:20am. The cruise itself was fantastic and highly recommended, but Trip.com really needs to correct this misleading arrival instruction. There’s no reason for guests to rush and arrive so early when the meeting point isn’t even open.

Reviews: Hobart seafood cruise in Tasmania (enjoy southern rock lobster, abalone, salmon, and more)
Guest User2026-09-30
There are as many as six or seven kinds of seafood to eat, and you can also enjoy beautiful scenery and see wild animals. Most importantly, the seafood, including lobster, abalone, oysters, and sea urchin, is incredibly fresh and sweet, making it a worthwhile trip.

Reviews: Tasmania Hobart seafood cruise (freshly harvested sea urchin, tasting lobster, abalone, wine)

The experience was excellent, with more seafood than you could eat. Excellent service. Can't miss, unlimited drinks, clean and tidy boat, very steady during the voyage, not seasick. The waiters were also very professional and attentive.

Reviews: Tasmania Tasman cruise 3h/Cape Raoul 1.5h [optional departure from Hobart]

Oh my god, Nicole, the customer service representative, was incredibly kind! 🥹 I booked too late and there were no tickets left for the day trip, but I don't drive, so getting to the cruise pier was a huge challenge. She was so incredibly helpful. First, she checked if there was any public transportation, but the buses were sold out, and the bus schedule was too late for the cruise. She then contacted other people and managed to free up two seats for me (please don't follow my example!). I'm so incredibly grateful; she took on so much work that wasn't even her responsibility 😭 Please give her a raise or a bonus! Also, the day trip was really great! I thought the group meal would be some mediocre stuff, but it was actually eaten in a garden restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fish and chips were better than in Hobart town. The Tasman cruise was also amazing; we saw dolphins, seals, and a huge variety of seabirds. The reefs and moss were stunning—it felt like something out of the movie *How to Train Your Dragon*!
