Value for money, pickup & drop off fr my hotel, so convenient. Our tour guide Ms Saida arrange everything properly & communicate well. Highly recommended. Also able to communicate with tour Co thru whatsapp before trip date.

The trip was well organized. I originally booked for charyn and kolsay only since i was worried that including the kaindy lake in my itinerary will take too much time plus i wanted a more relaxed pace of day travel. But apparently, they "upgraded" me for free to a tour that includes all 3 of the destinations. It wasnt so bad after all. Though the tour finished by 10pm already, it was tiring but well worth it, since the bus they provided was comfartable enough for me to sleep in, despite the long bus ride.

Everything was well-paced from start to end! We never felt that we were in a hurry and got to see everything that we had to see. It was a good immersive experience to the nature side of Kazakh tourism.

The driver was a Xinjiang native who became a Kazakh citizen 10 years ago. He spoke Chinese and was quite good at communicating. The scenery was decent, but the journey was long and took more than 12 hours, so it was quite tiring!

This is a solid one-day activity to experience the Kazakh outdoors. We went to 5 sites, including a ride on an old Soviet bus and a pony, with a delicious lunch at a local home. If you have more time, stretching it to a two-day trip with an overnight stay in a yurt would probably be better but if you only have a day to spare, do this. We had a pleasant guide, Naz, and driver and they managed a packed day without us feeling too rushed.


