The food tour and workshop experience was great. We especially enjoyed our guide. She was engaging and shared not only food information, but bits of Kavala history as qe walked to different markets to get ingredients for our lunch. We also enjoyed the family owned business that provided our cooking lesson. Seeing generations working together was heartwarming. The instructions and video showing what was happening when it wasn't your turn to stir a pot or add seasoning made the experience even better. We made a delicious full Greek meal that we shared together at one big table. We loved every minute of getting to know fellow travelers, cooking together, and eating delicious Greek food. Highly recommend.

Thankful that the guide help get us to the baptismal site of Lydia. I would have preferred to have whispers guide instead of the downloaded voice. Sometimes it doesn't work well due to internet connection.
