Reviews: Koh Lanta: Snorkel Tour by Speedboat to Koh Haa and Koh Rok
Guest User2026-03-03
The two-island tour was well organized. We snorkeled at three spots, and the views were spectacular, with emerald-green, crystal-clear water. Looking down, you could see every pebble on the bottom, and you floated above the coral. Small schools of fish swam nearby, lots of yellow-and-blue fish. Larger fish, blue and brown, also rose from the bottom. Lunch on the island was well organized, with delicious chicken wings, rice, vegetables, and fruit. I highly recommend this tour.

The organization was excellent, even considering there were 30 people on each boat. I have something to compare the lunch to, so I can say that if the company's lunch isn't enough for you, you can buy something on the islands themselves. The natural beauty of these islands is worth the visit.
Reviews: Thailand Ko Rok + Ko Haa 1-day tour|Island hopping + snorkeling|Optional departure from Phuket, Krabi, or Lanta

The journey was long. It took over an hour to get to the pier, another hour to wait for others, and 1.5 hours to get out to sea by boat. Many people vomited. After a long and arduous journey, we finally arrived at the snorkeling spot, only to find many corals dead. Due to the island's closure period, there were some sea fish, and we could also see starfish, sea cucumbers, and large clams. There were two very small Nemo fish. Overall, it didn't have the same wild, untamed feel as the Similan Islands do after their closure. In short, don't have high expectations. Those with time can come and see it, but there's no real loss if you don't. The price-performance ratio isn't high. However, the crew's service was quite good, and they offered free photography services. The seawater there was also beautiful, considering it was deep water, close to the national border.
Reviews: Thailand Ko Rok + Haa Island Snorkeling 1-day Tour [Depart from Krabi/Phuket/Lanta]
Guest User2026-02-22
Pros: The driver was very punctual, the staff were very friendly, and they provided unlimited Coke. The curry with Thai fragrant rice at lunch was delicious. Lying on the beach at Koh Rok and looking at the sky was very relaxing; I didn't want to go to work anymore. Features: Koh Rok has a lot of fish; I saw both conger eels and groupers. The water visibility was also very high. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a waterproof phone case. Cons: The speedboat ride was quite bumpy; I felt like the seat and backrest were hitting me repeatedly for two hours.

Very good tour. Snorkeling spots were decent. The water was crystal and there were lots of fish etc to see. The lunch served at Koh Rok was good! All in all nothing to complain about!
