We didn't need the shuttle bus from Chengdu, but the entrance tickets were booked for us without any problems. We were able to enter the park with our passports without any issues.

The bus arrived a little late yesterday. Since it was our first time booking a bus service, we were quite anxious while waiting. Fortunately, the customer service was very professional and helped me contact the driver to let them know the bus was almost there. While waiting, we also saw three foreign guests who had also booked a bus. When we told the driver we were almost there, they immediately felt relieved. The driver drove smoothly and took us to Songpan Station in about two hours. We were very satisfied with the service.

The night before your reservation, you receive a text message with the bus's license plate number and a choice of five pickup locations in Jiuzhaigou. The description seems to include transportation from Huanglong Park to Huanglongjiuzhaigou Station, but that's not true. I also sent a private message to the organizer, but it didn't solve the problem. We had to make do with the bus, which cost another 28 yuan.
