It's very easy to set up, and in case of emergency, the support team responds quickly. We stopped the data plan because it was difficult to track how much we were spending. We thought we were low, but it turned out we'd used it all. That was probably the only annoying issue. But that was with our previous SIM card; this time, we've learned how to monitor it via mobile data and set daily limits. We recommend it.★

The signal was good and uninterrupted. I could share the Wi-Fi and use it continuously without any problems. It was very convenient. I highly recommend it, especially for travelers. I only went for one day and the internet cost less than 50 baht, which was incredibly good value. I recommend trying it!★

Purchasing and setting it up was incredibly easy. I used to buy them at the airport or on Amazon, but now I don't need to go through that hassle anymore. I had a layover in Ho Chi Minh City and traveled to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, and I was able to use it immediately after landing in Ho Chi Minh City. Rakuten Mobile took quite a while to become usable, so I'm glad I bought this SIM card.
