My family and I had an unforgettable day with Robert! He was an exceptional Captain and I can't express enough how amazing our experience was! Robert picked us up from our Hotel, making traveling a breeze. The boat ride to our destination was so relaxing, and my kids absolutely loved it! Snorkeling was a blast, and lunch on Tortuga Island was absolutely delicious! My 6-year-old twins and 10-year-old son adored the sub wing! I went twice and felt like a mermaid swimming in the water. We were incredibly fortunate to see a pod of dolphins swimming alongside the boat on our ride home on water that looked like glass! When we come back, we will definitely hire Robert again! Thank you, Robert, for helping us create these precious memories! It was an incredibly memorable day!

Day 1 (Tues) started with a light sprinkle than downpour after we took the tram to the top. There was a lot of back and forth with folks on the ground & we decided to cancel (safety & wouldn’t be able to see much). Initially we were going to have to fully cancel but the onsite manager gave us passes to come back the next day! Luis was amazing and helped us so much getting up & down the mountain. Day 2 (Wed) started and you could not have paid for a more perfect day. Luis, Fabian and one other gentlemen (he wears glasses) greeted us with the warmest smiles and great service!Today was picture perfect and we had an amazing time. My travel friend was super nervous at the beginning & end, but Luis & Fabian’s patience won her over and she had a great time. The views are amazing, zip lining and educational information are way above par!! The customer service was a 5 out of 5!!! We could not have asked for a more amazing day & tour. I highly recommend this tour as it is great for all (adventurous to hesitant).

Started with a small walk to chocolate experience. It was very educational and yummy. Then an hour wait for our ATV tour but they have a restaurant with great food which we enjoyed. ATV and water fall was good as I am not a big fan of ATV but my husband enjoys it. Water fall felt great. Very cooling after the ride. We finished the tour at their artesanal brewery “papagayo”. Definitely do the tasting it’s free then enjoy the beer with a snack to finish your day. We all enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend it

Our tour guides Luis and Andres were amazing! The tour was 5 hours so we were nervous that we’d get bored, but thanks to these guys it was SO FUN the whole way through. Even the tractor ride between the ATV and repelling lol. For activities, we did ATV’ing, zip lining (7!!!) and waterfall repelling. They even helped my 62 year old mom doing the “spider man” on the zip line!! That was pretty cool to see and very memorable. Safe to say we had a blast and felt comfortable + safe!

My family and I loved this experience. Our teachers were patient, knowledgeable and just awesome, caring guys. You could tell they loved surfing, the ocean and Costa Rica in general. Beyond surfing, they were inspiring! My husband has surfed before, and he said that he is so much better after a lesson with Jaco Surf school. All 4 of us were able to get up and ride multiple waves. Thank you Jaco surf school! Pura Vida!
