I purchased this eSIM as I was travelling into a new country. After having a positive experience with eSIMs during my trip to Hong Kong it was a no brainer to have another for this trip. Overall, internet access is generally available in the city, and ChatGPT does work. However, it's unclear whether this is an Italian issue or an eSIM issue, but the network is very poor or even non-existent in some indoor areas. It's recommended to download offline translation in areas with good network coverage to avoid not being able to understand menus in restaurants.
