Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. She met us at the airport, communicated ahead of time where to meet, provided an agenda, but was flexible to our needs. We had a great lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant, loved the tour of the Imperial Palace and grounds, experienced the market, had tea at a traditional tea house, just an incredible to spend the day out seeing Seoul instead of sitting at the airport. She was very knowledgeable about Korean history and culture, was a safe driver, her vehicle was very clean and she provided us with cold water for the day. Overall, we were so happy with our tour with Sophia and it was a great way for us to celebrate a birthday. ★

Why was my itinerary limited to boarding at Dongdaemun, while other tour companies allowed boarding at Myeongdong and Hongdae? I was staying in Myeongdong, woke up at 6:00 AM, had breakfast, and rushed to Dongdaemun by subway at 7:40 AM. I even went to the wrong exit and boarded the wrong tour bus! After boarding at Dongdaemun, the tour bus drove back to Myeongdong subway station exit 8 to pick up other tourists. It felt like I was being tossed around between Dongdaemun and Myeongdong. The toboggan ride was thrilling, and feeding the seagulls shrimp chips was fun. The bicycles were very tiring; it took my friend and me 30 minutes to pedal back and forth 🤣🤣. The restaurant for lunch was delicious; it would have been better if the tour guide had been more attentive.★
