I booked tickets for April 6th to soak in the hot springs. Upon arrival at the scenic area, everything was very convenient; there were dedicated staff to manage Ctrip customers' entry, and the service was excellent.
Zhisheng Hot Spring is generally very impressive, perfect for a relaxing vacation. It boasts numerous hot springs, and the facilities are very well-developed, including showers, towels, and drinking water, making me, as a visitor, feel extremely comfortable. My visit lasted about two hours; the hot springs were very relaxing, and I felt well-rested!
The only drawback is the inconvenient transportation. Zhisheng Hot Spring in Yinan is better suited for self-driving tours. Local unlicensed taxis are quite expensive. Taking a taxi during the day is okay, but those traveling by train should arrive early. Next time, I plan to drive and book through Ctrip again.★

The guide was kind, made an effort to provide detailed information, and went the extra mile to ensure the travelers' comfort. Since the tour ran from 8 AM to 5 PM, there were many places visited and a lot of time spent traveling. I am confident that if you have a strong interest in history, it will be an interesting trip. However, it was a bit tiring for me.😅★

We participated in this tour as a Japanese family, requesting a Japanese-speaking guide. Our tour guide, Thi, provided excellent care and smooth communication. It was a very special and memorable experience to hear various stories on a private tour and learn about the current situation, history, and origins of the places we visited, things we wouldn't have known on our own. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to sightsee at their own pace and ask questions about things that interest them!★

This was a very convenient option for a solo traveler, as it allowed me to visit all the region's famous spots in a single day. They provided ample guidance via WhatsApp in advance, and the motorbike used for transportation was very convenient and clean. I was able to comfortably visit and enjoy all the places listed in the itinerary. I highly recommend bringing a parasol to protect yourself from the hot sun in Hue, and I would also like to thank TO for his excellent and friendly driving skills during the trip. It was great to enjoy delicious meals and traditional desserts at the recommended restaurants and cafes, and I highly recommend this tour program.★

We were planning to travel from Hue to Hoi An by bus, so we wanted to take a tour bus. We looked into options and ended up using this service. Our guide spoke both English and Vietnamese, so we communicated using a translator. Guide Nick was really kind. I think I will use this service again if I visit Hue next time. I recommend it. I am not a fan of bread, but the peanut baguette was so delicious. It had a nutty flavor. It was so good that I even thought it would be nice if they just served the bread next time.
