Our family of three participated in a one-day tour of the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, and the Old Summer Palace. The price was very reasonable; I booked only the day before the tour and received immediate confirmation. On the day of the tour, the tour leader was professional, incredibly attentive, and punctual. The itinerary was well-planned, and the tour leader explained everything clearly, repeating the meeting and dismissal procedures three to four times. This tour was perfect for older people or those unfamiliar with the area. Our guide, Liu Depeng, was truly exceptional—incredibly professional. He knew the history of the Old Summer Palace and the Summer Palace by heart, and was thoroughly familiar with all the historical allusions, poems, and songs associated with them. His professional and sincere attitude made this tour a must-recommend!

This time I went to Hong Kong and stayed at two hotels, one is the Hollywood Disney Hotel, and the other is the Haiyi Junyu Hotel in Red Scarborough. I feel that I am not very satisfied. First of all, I received the Hollywood Disney Hotel, which is simply a natural difference from the Disneyland Hotel. From the facilities, layout and service are very general. Haiyi Junyu Hotel is the same feeling, the service is very general, not like the service of a five-star hotel. I just checked in, and there was a waiter with another customer and opened my door. Later, it was explained that the front desk made a mistake in the room number. Because, I forgot to bring my credit card this time, and later used a debit card to pay the deposit. It took 4-5 weeks to refund the deposit, saying that it was the bank's reason. We don't know that hotels use this method to occupy everyone's funds, but they can cheapen their own cash flow.
