From booking to communication, hotel pickup, and the tour itself, everything went flawlessly. The driver, tour guide, and back office team were friendly and genuine. This was more or less straight forward to setup. But it does need wifi connection. So used the free airport WiFi and scanned their QRCode into the Esim settings section on Android. It connected up and was working and reliable for the entire duration of the holiday. Would buy it again.
