We booked a join-in tour. There were about 20 of us that day. The tour guide did a fantastic job in explaining to us in detail what to expect throughout the tour. Even though it was raining which is expected at this season, we still had a wonderful time. Do get the lunch buffet if you are going during rainy season as some of the outdoor restaurants may be closed due to the weather. You still have some other options but may be limited. If you are looking for a fuss free tour with good tour guide do join this tour.★

The half-day trip was too short for snorkeling, less than an hour. We still saw some fish, and the kids were very happy. The lunch was also very filling.★

The tour went by quite quickly, the guide was wonderful, and the tourists in our group were very cheerful, making the day a truly memorable one.
Bana Hills is definitely a paradise, definitely worth a visit. But unfortunately, a few hours weren't enough for us.★

There wasn't anything else wrong with the trip, but overall, I felt like something was missing. This wasn't the guide's fault, but rather the distracting atmosphere of the day and the underwater scenery that didn't quite live up to my expectations. The meal was excellent, and the breaks were nice, but it would have been more fulfilling if they had provided information on nearby sightseeing during breaks. One thing that was a bit disappointing was that one of the staff members on board the boat didn't speak English or Korean at all. While that was fine, there were times when they ignored tourists' questions and just walked away, saying they didn't know anything. The atmosphere the main guide had worked so hard to create was quickly destroyed. It would have been even better if they had been in better condition. It's such a shame.
