The whole customer service will communicate with WeChat to arrange the itinerary, and the driver will not speak Chinese. This is a great way to travel from Phu Quoc to Ha Tien. The price is slightly higher than at the ticket office, and processing an electronic ticket takes some time (we had two days). The ferry itself is on time and doesn't delay. There's water on board, as well as a kiosk where you can buy snacks and coffee.Trip.com Picks
