The whole customer service will communicate with WeChat to arrange the itinerary, and the driver will not speak Chinese. But the photo is particularly good, the people are very enthusiastic, and will communicate with you with translation software! The ferry is comfortable and large. You can buy tickets for any time, and they'll put you on the next one. We boarded the ferry 10 minutes beforehand, so you don't have to arrive at the station 45 minutes early.
