This was my first time in the UK, and I felt the tour itinerary, guide, and tour leader were all good. Ctrip's standardized service was quite thorough. The only downside was that we stayed in Zone 9 of London, which was too far away; it was almost impossible to find on the map. Each subway ticket cost £11, which was expensive! However, I still trust Ctrip quite a bit and would join a Ctrip tour again if I have the chance.Trip.com picks
