The hotel was alright, the environment and facilities were good; however, the Chinese restaurant was a bit crowded, and we waited for half an hour for dinner. We were caught in heavy snow while trying to soak in the hot spring, so we didn't dare to stay for too long, but it was still okay.★

Although the constant changes to the order made me angry, overall Ctrip did a good job. The airport transfer service was very attentive, and the hotel arrangements were decent, although the room was a bit small. But the owner was a nice person.
