Initially, there were questions about transfers and other matters. The description stated that the tour departed from Hanoi, but when the voucher arrived, it stated that we needed to arrive in Halong Bay. It took several days to figure out that the tour program included a departure in Hanoi. The issue was later resolved without any additional charges. Of course, there should be options for choosing the departure point and adjusting the price accordingly. Overall, the cruise was fantastic. The ship is cozy, the food is delicious, and the program is extensive. Alcohol on board is expensive. I'd especially like to mention the guide, Peter! He's very responsive, attentive, and positive; he makes up 50% of the success of this tour. I'll recommend him to my friends.

It was a packed tour. The guide contacted us via WhatsApp the day before with details, so we had no worries. Halong Bay itself is quite a tourist destination, so there are a lot of people. The caves are very large and well worth seeing.

Iris is resting. They upgraded us to the Dolphin, which was fantastic! The newest and most luxurious boat in the entire marina. Three-level design: restaurant on the first floor, swimming pool and stage on the second, and hot tub on the third. There was a live band performance at the sunset party. The entire itinerary was perfectly arranged. The service was excellent. Highly recommended for everyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

I was traveling with my parents from both sides of the family, as well as my son, so three generations of our family went on a cruise together. We booked a one-day tour on shore. The boat was very clean and photogenic, very comfortable, and there was also a Chinese translator who introduced the process and precautions. I recommend it!


