The tour was so organized. Our tour guide -Nam is the best. He is kind and has a humor. He always checked if all of us are happy and safe. He even share not only history of Vietnam but also some tips as a tourist. By the way both the sales manager, Mike and the tour guide Nam communicated on us a day before the trip to make sure everything is okay. Great tour service. The cruise is nice and clean too. The variety of food is served and delicious. Definitely recommendable!★

It was a lot of tours. The guide contacted me with WhatsApp from the day before, so I wasn't worried. Halong Bay itself is quite a tourist destination, so there are many people. The limestone cave is very large and spectacular.★

I recommend this sim card. The shop employee was very help and installed it for me. My sim is data only (no phone number), which is fine for me. It has worked great in Hanoi and Saigon (HCMC). Note that I've only used it in those two cities, so I can't comment on other locations. The speed is fine and the quota is more than enough, especially if you use WiFi when available.
