The service and itinerary were excellent. However, I booked a tour with a Chinese-speaking guide and paid a higher price, but there wasn't one available on the day of the tour. Although they were very considerate of me, I should be aware that I booked a tour with a Chinese-speaking guide. Guests who need English or other languages should take note.★

We joined this full-day cruise tour and it was a great experience. The guide was excellent, and the pickup service was smooth and well organized. The buffet lunch was good, and we enjoyed the three activities (cave visit, kayaking or bamboo boat, and swimming or hiking). The wine-tasting sunset party on the ship was a nice highlight. The drop-off service was also good. Special thanks to our guide, Ronny, for making the trip enjoyable.★

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience.
The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage.
The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly.
On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience.
The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included.
Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.★

I really enjoyed the cruise, the program, and the staff. The cabins were warm, but it's best to bring warmer clothes as it gets chilly on deck in the evenings. The only downside to this cruise is that no drinks are included in the buffet; tea starts at $2, and alcohol starts at $5. There was a time when they offered free mocktails (actually juice), and coffee and juice were provided at the first breakfast; otherwise, you have to order.★

I traveled on the Auroa Halong Cruise, a five-star yacht. I was impressed by the yacht's cuisine; they offered a buffet, the waiters were incredibly attentive and welcoming, and our guide, Duke, was exceptionally helpful. The cruise included a Halong Bay itinerary that included stunning caves, Billionaire Island, and oyster kayaking. I also fondly remember the cooking class and the afternoon tea; everything was wonderful. Thank you, Auroa Halong Cruises!
