I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.★

The cruise was wonderful. The views of the bay are absolutely breathtaking, definitely worth the trip. The food was delicious, plentiful, and the service was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the mattresses comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful two days.★

Everything was great, the cruise was fantastic for the price. The cave was crowded on Sunday, but that wasn't the organizer's fault. They were helpful and helpful throughout, and the prices were very good for the tour itself and for extras (I bought a phone case, souvenirs, and extra food). We rode a boat, a kayak, a speedboat (additional charge), visited the cave, visited Titop Island, had a bar and fruit in the evening, had a jacuzzi, and had lunch.★

Impressive new boat and facilities, lovely spaces - wish they had more quiet spaces - seemed to only cater to loud party music… Delicious buffet with plenty of choice and excellent quality. Enjoyed the kayaking and cave excursion but be prepared for large crowds - worth the experience in the end Enjoyed our cruise!
