Everything went smoothly and on time. The guide explained everything well. The driver drove well. They answered all our questions and helped us with everything. However, it would have been better if they had offered complimentary water or coffee. For the price we paid, at least a small complimentary item should have been offered, or perhaps sold in the car.★

It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.
