Our guided tour to Hallstatt and Salzburg with Alexander was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. Alexander is extremely knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of the history, culture, and unique character of both destinations. The itinerary was perfectly organized, with an excellent pace that allowed us to fully enjoy each location without feeling rushed. In Hallstatt, Alexander helped us truly appreciate the beauty and heritage of the village, sharing fascinating insights and details that made the experience even more special. This half day tour is a great and convenient way to visit Hallstat. It is of course more expensive than taking the train or public bus+ferry to get to Hallstat, but it is certainly a time-saver. It's essentially a direct bus trip to Hallstat with a bit of commentary of interesting places that we passed and some history. Once you reached Hallstat, you will go around on your own for about 2.5 hours and the bus will come to pick up at a certain time. The 1.5 hours ride is comfortable and there's a power point at your seat if you need to charge your phone.
