The via ferrata was really fun! It was our first one and the views were incredible🤩 There were some steeper parts but even if you’re not experienced via ferrata climber its was a good climbing experience!★

The air in Quyang is absolutely terrible, incredibly polluted, but the Beiyue Temple, shrouded in Taoist magic, is refreshingly clean! The main attraction is the Yuan Dynasty main hall and its east and west walls' murals, traditionally attributed to Wu Daozi, but this doesn't stand up to scrutiny; they're likely Yuan-Song Dynasty works, though still well worth seeing! The surrounding stele corridors also offer many surprises, worth examining closely. However, avoid the sections covered by glass; they're crude modern imitations, practically toxic to the eyes! Overall, a great experience!★
