Andreas was full of information about all of the stops on this tour. He was able to answer all of our (and the others guests) questions. He brought us to a beautiful picture point to see islet vila do campo and at the end brought us to the top of the volcanic crater (about 2000 meters up). This allowed us to see all of the Furnas (including the church that we stopped at earlier that day) in a whole new way. He was very very articulate with explaining the process for both the tea and the pineapple plantations. This tour was a good balance (about 50/50) of structured group time and independent time to explore the stops.

It was a wonderful excursion! André was a fantastic guide and knew so much about the island. Lunch was superb, and the Terra Nostra Park was a great way to end the trip. I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers. This certainly won't be my last tour! 😊

Our guide Ivo was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. He explained a lot about the island, the volcanoes, and the local culture, which made the tour even more interesting. The dinner was also very good and it was great to experience Furnas in the evening atmosphere. Highly recommended tour if you are visiting São Miguel. And if you get Ivo as your guide, you are lucky!

What an amazing tour. The views the food And most of all the thermal bats in Furnas were Just espectacular. Our tour guide Herv was very informative.

Bruno was a fabulous host. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was an amazing experience and the best way to see the sights up close. Driving around the volcano and the views were incredible. There is no other way to get that close and experience such an authentic drive through the country side. Would highly recommend! 
