Sumí was a great guide and kept us informed of everything going on. Itinerary was great, wonderful sites and scenery. Unfortunately it rained all day so be prepared if you go in July.

Ryo, our sensei was legit, a true master and he was not only amazing to watch and learn from, he was very entertaining and made the whole experience a memorable one. I loved his enthusiasm in all actions he did, from showing us the movements, to reenacting his defeat in combat, even taking our photos had created drama. Was a highlight for sure. And the whole museum is filled with great work.
Reviews: Tokyo: Visit Sumo Morning Practice with English Guide

Everything was as planned: punctuality, workshop duration, proximity to the athletes, etc. The French-speaking guide was very good; she had prepared documents in French for better understanding.

We really enjoyed the class. Our teacher spoke English and explained the whole process. Our items were carefully wrapped so that they would continue to dry and set which we travelled. The location was a little tricky to find but Google maps helped.
Reviews: Tokyo: Grand Sumo January Tournament

The tour was fabulous! We started with an informative walk around the Ryogoku area. We then went to the Grand Sumo tournament and watched the final rounds and the senior sumo competition. It was fabulous. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the sumo, it is quick, fun and immesive and has given me a new appreciation of sumo. Our guide Yoshi made the day lots of fun and took care of all the details. He was fabulous, fun, personable, had great English and taught us a lot. Overall my favourite activity in Japan so far.
