Tiantangzhai, formerly known as "Hengshan" and "Duoyunshan," was renamed "Tiantangzhai" after the Yuan Dynasty. It is located at the junction of Luotian and Yingshan counties in Hubei Province and Jinzhai County in Anhui Province. The rock formations of Tiantangzhai are exquisitely sculpted by nature, ever-changing and shrouded in mist. Baima Peak is majestic, Longjian Peak resembles a dinosaur, Shengguajian Peak is mysterious and unpredictable, and the shapes of Xianren Cave and Songtao Stone are lifelike and fascinating. It is the second highest peak in the Dabie Mountains and was historically known as "the first pass in the southeast of Wu and Chu."★

First, perhaps due to the Chinese New Year holiday, a tour guide for the East China route was temporarily assigned, and he was extremely unfamiliar with the attractions we were visiting! His explanations were minimal, practically nonexistent; he was more of a tour leader. I don't want to criticize the guide, but I feel that Ctrip's arrangements were very unreasonable! Second, regarding the last day's itinerary, the website only mentioned "Xikou Scenic Area," but upon arrival, we learned that Xikou is divided into three scenic areas. The guide said our itinerary only included one, excluding other areas like Xuedou Mountain, which wasn't mentioned on the website. How could tourists who had never been to Xikou know this?! Furthermore, even within the "Chiang Kai-shek's Former Residence" scenic area, there were some attractions we unfortunately missed because the guide wasn't familiar with the terrain, didn't allocate time properly, and didn't inform us beforehand. Isn't this a loss for tourists? I hope for a reasonable explanation and resolution! Thank you!Trip.com picks
