We arrived quite late, and the reserved tickets were already sold out. They immediately arranged for a tour guide to accompany us to the ticket office to buy tickets for us, and then explained how to enter the mountain, making things very convenient for us. We had reserved tickets for the specific date of July 15th, but they were all taken, indicating poor management. Although we eventually got our tickets, it wasted a lot of our time.
