I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

The connection is excellent; the SIM card activates in a minute and works right away. The main thing is to enable data roaming in the settings. Without it, there's no internet access.
