From the very first moment, I felt a level of care and attention that goes far beyond what one would normally expect from a professional. I was traveling alone, and every gesture of kindness made a significant difference. He paid attention to details that showed not only professionalism, but genuine humanity. He bought pizza and water, made sure I was always comfortable, safe, and well taken care of, and he was incredibly patient at all times. At every stop, he waited for me without rushing, always with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. He also made a point of helping me speak Portuguese, which made our communication much easier and more enjoyable. It is rare to find someone who dedicates themselves to their work with so much care, and he does it effortlessly. Another point worth highlighting is his impressive knowledge of Roman history. Out of this world. My wife and I enjoyed this trip of a lifetime. The horses are well cared for and my wife absolutely adored riding on the beach. Would do it again in a heartbeat. We can cross off this experience on our bucket list. We were kept safe and made sure to feel welcomed and attended to. Could not say enough great things about this trip.
