Kunming-Lijiang-Shangri-La-Yulong Snow Mountain This tour was very smooth and pleasant. The only regret is that the season of Shangri-La Pudacuo National Park is wrong, the grass and flowers are not in full bloom, and the scenery is very different. We went to the big cableway in Yulong Snow Mountain, and I also boarded the platform of 4680 meters. Traveling Chinese food is also very good, especially when Lijiang is very rich. On the last day, at noon in Kunming, 10 of us went to Yixin Garden to eat a table at our own expense. At night, the plane went back to Shanghai smoothly and ended the journey.★

From the very first moment, I felt a level of care and attention that goes far beyond what one would normally expect from a professional. I was traveling alone, and every gesture of kindness made a significant difference. He paid attention to details that showed not only professionalism, but genuine humanity. He bought pizza and water, made sure I was always comfortable, safe, and well taken care of, and he was incredibly patient at all times. At every stop, he waited for me without rushing, always with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. He also made a point of helping me speak Portuguese, which made our communication much easier and more enjoyable. Out of this world. My wife and I enjoyed this trip of a lifetime. The horses are well cared for and my wife absolutely adored riding on the beach. Would do it again in a heartbeat. We can cross off this experience on our bucket list. We were kept safe and made sure to feel welcomed and attended to. Could not say enough great things about this trip.★

The guide was a man in his 50s with a slightly peculiar sense of humor, perhaps typical of Italians. He knew a lot. It was more like a lecture from a university professor; children and those looking for light information weren't interested. I speak English fluently, but some of the terms were beyond me. I bought a ticket for 11:30 AM; they sent me a WhatsApp message to arrive early, at 10:45 AM, and they told me the meeting place. It was difficult to find; I had to take the metro and go up to the second floor. It was nerve-wracking because there were a lot of groups nearby. The tour started at the Colosseum. We didn't have to wait in line for the Colosseum, but after that there was a tour of the Forum, where we stood with everyone else at the general ticket office for about 25 minutes. We didn't have time to walk around the Colosseum, but without the information from the guide, I wouldn't have understood anything. When the tour ended at the Forum, we were able to stay and walk around there. The tour lasted 2.5 hours. The equipment for hearing the guide works well.
