The e-SIM worked fine, except for the three hours of Maya outage from December 31st to January 1st, 2026. Otherwise, the connection was fine, including calls. I was traveling to Goa.

I never thought Ctrip would actually sell eSIMs, so I was really surprised when it popped up while I was searching on my phone. I bought a 20GB data plan, which gives me fast internet speed and is extremely easy to use. Even after using it for a while, there’s still a lot of data left—but that’s exactly enough to meet my daily needs.
