The Yuelai Hotel was better than I expected; it's a four-star hotel, clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The receptionist was very friendly, but the male staff were a bit less attentive. I booked my tickets and could pick them up directly at Disneyland, which was very convenient.★

The day went exactly as planned. Our guide, Mr. [Name], went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible day, and it was fantastic! We learned a lot about Chinese history and discovered some magnificent scenery. The rest of the group was also very friendly. I highly recommend it!★

Great tour, not to be missed. The door to door package is more expensive than the transport alone, considering all entrance tickets, it should be “truly” door to door. Nonetheless the Yumen Pass inside transport was not part of the door to door package. I’d recommend to take it inside and offer a true door to door package. Otherwise the service was very friendly and professional, the tour would need instant Chinese to English translation for a better understanding of tourist, the communication was a bit cumbersome.Trip.com picks
