Excellent and well organised tour covering must see sights in Chengdu. Our tour guide, Lucas is exceptional, he is very patient and full of knowledge. His spoken English is also very good which allows us to understand and appreciate the sights we visited well. The driver also drives very well and smooth. We highly recommend this tour.★

We booked just 1 day in advance a 'private' car trip to Chengdu's Panda Valley and Dujiangyan - Area. As soon as we got a confirmation (at 11pm!) the commuicative staff set up a WeChat (WeiXin) - Group for our trip. Over this group different agents checked in with us, all directly immediately responsive and in English. The driver - we booked 'just' a driver, non Engkish speaking - was already involved. He was used to communicate with a translation app - so no problems at all. We even arranged some different timing and some in between stops with him. Great experience!! Easy going, personal, friendly, helpful and with a very reasonable fair price . Definitely a big recommendation!!★

I had already visited the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, but this private tour was completely different. Fewer crowds, more time with the pandas, and a much more peaceful and immersive experience — definitely worth the higher price.
My guide, Ellen, made a big difference. English information at the base is limited, so her translations and explanations about panda conservation were essential and very interesting. She also shared great local tips about Sichuan. She was always attentive to my needs and made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveler.
The driver was professional and the private transport made everything easy and comfortable. He also helped me with info for my upcoming tours and plans around Chengdu. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something more personal and in-depth than the standard panda base visit.
