From start to finish, the day was made truly special thanks to our guide, Mark, who was nothing short of outstanding. He was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge, sharing heaps of fascinating information throughout the entire day. We had great conversations, and he gave off the ultimate cool dad vibe — calm, warm, confident, and above all, made everyone feel safe and looked after. Mark was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail, whether we were at the beach, the lookout, or soaking in the hot springs themselves.
