You need to keep this eSIM active and turn the other eSIMs off to use it properly. I was having speed and disconnection issues when my primary eSIM was kept active.

Although I didn't receive customer support, I was able to download it easily and connect to the internet without any issues. The internet wasn't slow, and I was able to use LINE and YouTube without any issues. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
