The itinerary before lunch was arranged by the tour guide on the bus, and we weren't given tickets. Tickets were distributed during free time after the boat ride. Because several bridges were under repair, we wasted some time wandering around. Luzhi is a small place, and prices are relatively lower than other more famous ancient towns. The group-buying price was really good. I will continue to keep an eye on it and hope Ctrip will recommend more new and affordable tours.

Today, I took my two elderly parents on a tour of Sanxingdui, and it was a very comfortable experience. The driver was punctual and reliable. A big thank you to our guide, Shanshan, whose professional and detailed explanations covered everything from the site's excavation and the background of the artifacts to the lineage of the Shu kings and national treasures. Her explanations were clear, easy to understand, and engaging, not only helping us learn about the ancient Shu civilization but also sparking our interest in the history of the Shang Dynasty. It was a truly rewarding experience!

A huge shout-out to our tour guide, Shanshan, on our trip to Chengdu! We came from Tianjin for tourism, and today Shanshan led us on a tour of the Panda Base and Sanxingdui. The entire experience was fantastic. Her professionalism was top-notch, her explanations were vivid and detailed, and she explained the interesting facts about pandas and the ancient Shu history of Sanxingdui in an easy-to-understand way. We not only saw the sights but also learned about the stories behind them. The itinerary was scientifically and reasonably planned, precisely avoiding crowds, and she was incredibly considerate of everyone's comfort throughout the trip. Shanshan's enthusiasm and dedication made our Chengdu trip exceptionally pleasant. We felt incredibly lucky to have such an excellent tour guide; she deserves five stars and is highly recommended to all tourists!

The museum is a must-see. However, the audiobook is only available in English. This world treasure deserves international recognition, as the exhibition is magnificent, from the building itself to the exhibits.

I visited Sanxingdui on my birthday, which coincidentally is the same year the major discovery was made (1986)! It was an incredible experience. The museum perfectly showcases the mysterious Shu civilization, with its one-of-a-kind bronze figures and captivating gold masks. The artifacts are so different from other ancient Chinese cultures, making you wonder about their origins. A truly unforgettable and mind-blowing place.
