Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere. Let's Go Travel and Boat Lantern Tour—this is the English address I got from the taxi fare shown to me based on the Vietnamese address provided by the shop owner.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The staff were very attentive and caring. They even peeled the shrimp and crab for us. All my friends said the same thing. We remember the name of the staff member who took care of us; her name is Lyly. Please pass on our compliments to her.

Thanks to Trip for the easy booking. Finding a seat was easy. I was with my 7-year-old son and my husband. The atmosphere was unique, and we were offered some nice, vibrant photos. The boatman was cheerful, but a little pushy, as we weren't planning on doing much. Overall, I'm very pleased, but I wish the extra services were included in the ticket so I wouldn't have to worry about the cost and would have been able to truly enjoy the experience.


