The driver was friendly, the staff explained the services clearly to me, the car was new, and I didn't get motion sickness.

It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.

Excellent service! Fast, convenient, and the staff was attentive and caring. There was a 15-minute stop along the way for a snack and rest.
