A very pleasant trip; the catamaran was in excellent condition, very clean, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. A beautiful cruise on the Elbe River with lots of information provided on board. The time spent on Heligoland can be used effectively to get a feel for the island. This excursion is highly recommended.

The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.
