There were some issues with the phone settings, and after installing the SIM card, there was no connection for a while. Tech support also didn't respond promptly. We had to resolve issues like ordering a taxi and checking into a hotel using Wi-Fi. However, after tech support responded, everything worked perfectly and there were no connection issues.

We were really worried when we arrived at the airport because we forgot to buy a SIM card before departure. Luckily, we selected this eSIM online. At first, we weren't sure if it would work, but when we arrived at our destination and turned on our phones, we were amazed to find that we were connected to the local network and even received messages successfully! This isn't our first time using eSIM. It's a wonderful service!!! I highly recommend it. We were able to connect, and the internet connection is excellent. The eSIM installation was easy (literally just two clicks). We'll be on vacation in February, and we'll be purchasing eSIMs for several countries from you.
