A very satisfying experience. Comfortable van, precise schedule. Colin, the driver and guide, gave us a wealth of information about the Cotswolds during the tour. He's also friendly, kind, and personable. A beautiful day spent among the timeless villages of the English countryside.

The tour was led by an Oxford student—a very talkative guy with a sense of humor, and a good storyteller. However, I was disappointed that the entire tour was essentially street-level. I was hoping we'd get to visit some classrooms and see something interesting. But alas. Unfortunately, we never got to see the main part of the Bodleian Library with its books.

This is definitely an experience worthwhile! Enjoy exquisite French cuisine while touring! The views from the train windows are excellent. The basic route is a loop around popular attractions along the Thames River, taking about 1 hour and 45 minutes, with plenty of photo spots along the way. Just remember not to be late, as the train will not wait, and remember to book in advance.
