The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D
I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.★

This was my first time using an e-SIM, and it was for a trip to Europe. I was worried something might go wrong, but everything was fantastic; I always had internet. When you arrive, you just need to switch the SIM card settings and enable roaming. The SIM automatically connects to the best carrier in the region. Live: First time to Beijing, Baidu provided the three hotels before the trip (but arranged a newly opened hotel without stars, it is acceptable to have a new computer to surf the Internet), based on the hotel is far from the city, try the Beijing subway 2 yuan to run the world discount.
Food: Generally, 20 yuan group meal, subsidize it yourself (but the hotel is in the suburbs, it is not convenient to eat)
OK, but the tour guide did not explain more, every time you have to sit in a different location.
Travel: desperately squeezed time (it turned out to be a good intention of the tour guide, helped us squeeze out for most of the day, increased the project, went to Tianjin, 320/person) so many attractions in Beijing do not go, go to Tianjin to take us to play is also free attractions.
