The signal is intermittent. I purchased this knowing that Instagram and YouTube might be unreliable even with the included ***, but I also experienced issues with WeChat and Alipay. Honestly, since I was traveling, I didn't mind if YouTube and similar apps weren't working, but I found it very inconvenient when apps used for payment and ordering were unreliable. Phone calls worked. I couldn't get through at first, so I contacted customer support, and they responded immediately. I was very grateful that they responded in English even late at night.

This sim works but it really lags and sometimes load very slow. I am able to use Alipay and DiDi app though its slow. If I tried to watch thumbnail videos on YouTube it plays then spins then plays again. As for making voice calls on WhatsApp, its no good because the call keeps freezing and reconnecting and the signal is too poor. I will not buy again, as Trip.com has better options.
