This show was spectacular. The stage production was excellent! Experiencing a 360 degree rotating theater was so worth it. The show is in Mandarin, but they provide you with earphones to translate to English. I would definitely recommend it! They have a separate seating part for pregnant woman and elderly, so just double check when you buy the tickets.

Systematic Tasting: A Three-Dimensional Flavor Profile The tea master, using professional evaluation methods, brewed three carefully selected tea samples in sequence, constructing a clear flavor coordinate system: First Pick Before Qingming: This tea represents the highest level of terroir for West Lake Longjing tea. The dry tea is a classic "brown rice color," flat and smooth. The aroma is a complex blend with rich layers: a sharp, tender bean aroma dominates, with subtle hints of orchid fragrance and a touch of crisp "mountain terroir." The tea soup is fresh and sweet on the palate, with a rich, delicate texture and a distinct "contents" feel. The aftertaste is quick and long-lasting, with a deep, cool throat feel, and plump, whole leaves. It embodies the fusion of "refined craftsmanship" and "local character." Pre-Qingming Picked: As a superior asexual variety, it showcases the standardized aesthetics of modern breeding. The dry tea is emerald green in color, with uniform and elegant strips. The aroma is pure and high-pitched, a signature chestnut fragrance, direct and bright. The taste is characterized by its extremely high freshness and crispness. Compared to the "First Pick," its flavor richness, complex aroma layers, and lingering sweetness are somewhat lacking, reflecting the inherent "advantages and disadvantages" of this superior variety. Longjing Red: Breaking free from the framework of green tea, it demonstrates how processing reshapes flavor. With its dark, lustrous appearance and prominent golden tips, it offers a completely different sensory experience. The aroma is a sweet, mellow honey fragrance combined with the sweetness of osmanthus. My partner and I chose the incense tablet experience, and it was absolutely beautiful. The space was calm and elegant, with a strong traditional Chinese atmosphere that made us instantly relax. We learned about the cultural meaning of incense and then created our own personalized incense tablets together. Blending the natural fragrances and shaping them side by side felt surprisingly romantic and meaningful.
