A wonderful experience that I would do again in a heartbeat! We start early with a quick visit to the market for a quick breakfast and to watch the teacher choose the ingredients. We then head to their farm in the countryside: a beautiful setting where you're always active and have the freedom to choose which dishes to cook. We also went to the garden to learn about the various plants to make the curry paste. You learn, eat a lot, and meet new people. All inclusive, excellent organization. Highly recommended!

This experience was fantastic overall, relaxing and fun throughout. First, we took a shuttle bus to the local market, where staff meticulously explained the uses of various seasonings and ingredients. Purchasing ingredients was entirely voluntary, with no forced spending, making for a very pleasant experience. Afterwards, a private car took us to the training area, where we got up close to various natural spices, learning about their growth habits – a truly enriching experience. During the cooking session, everyone was given their own kitchen utensils and ingredients. The instructor patiently and meticulously explained each cooking step-by-step, and we simply followed along and practiced. The Thai food we made ourselves was incredibly flavorful and delicious; the whole plate was devoured! This was a truly unforgettable and fulfilling experience, giving me a real understanding of the essence of authentic Thai cuisine, which relies heavily on the combination of diverse natural spices. I highly recommend everyone try it!

Had a very good time. The English speaking young lady was so kind to explain stuff to me and take pictures for me because I was alone. The zip lining was fun but it wasn’t anything crazy just a simple setup. The bamboo rafting was relaxing.

We started with a local market tour, but once we got back to the class, we really got to experience the therapeutic garden. It was such a peaceful, authentic farm-to-table experience. Getting to see where and how the ingredients are grown from before cooking

When I visited again, the staff immediately recognized me. This time, I chose a tea to relieve menstrual cramps, as well as butterfly pea flower and lemongrass. They provided friendly instruction and hands-on experience. I recommend buying more of the tea bags sold on the shelf; they are great value!
