We were very satisfied with Ctrip's service and itinerary arrangements for this trip. The itinerary was well-planned; there were only two shopping stops, and there was no forced consumption; the group meals were quite substantial and edible; the local guides were all very professional and helpful, especially the Malaysian guide, who was professional, considerate of tourists, and made up for any shortcomings in the itinerary very well without incurring any Ctrip fees. There were no additional fees required for this trip.
