He was very professional and genuinely friendly, always supportive and attentive. He shared invaluable tips for managing fatigue that I’ll definitely remember on future hikes. A huge thank you, Fabrizio! The Etna tour was much more challenging than I expected, but I decided to take it as a personal challenge—and I’m really proud I made it! Much of the credit goes to our guide, Fabrizio: very professional and truly friendly, always attentive and supportive.
