Before departing for Malaysia, I purchased the service and scanned the QR code via the app. Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), while the plane was still taxiing, I simply switched my mobile data line in my phone settings, and within seconds, I had a local mobile signal. In contrast, watching other passengers queuing at airport counters to collect their SIM cards and unpack them, the sense of technological superiority was indescribable. 2. Signal Performance: Comprehensive Coverage in Urban and Rural Areas The focus of this test was signal stability. It's very convenient to use an e-SIM. It's much cheaper than roaming. On my way back, I had a five-hour layover via Kuala Lumpur. I used the app to extend my internet for 30 rubles for a day and was able to use it. Everything was great! Tethering works!

It worked great in both Kuala Lumpur and Genting, without any interruptions, and was easy to install following the instructions. However, this eSIM cannot be pre-installed (in Thailand). If you are in one of the specified countries, you may need to read the terms and conditions. I had more than enough internet data for my 4-night, 5-day trip. It was cheap and better than using a travel SIM or roaming. I'm going to China again this year, so I'll definitely buy another one.

Because I was hiking, the signal might have been weak in some areas, but it worked fine once I got back to the city. For installation, you need to find Wi-Fi near the airport first, then click the installation link, which is easier than sometimes having to follow complicated steps when the link doesn't work. And since I had layovers in both Singapore and Malaysia, it was easy to buy this 3-country package. No need to install it each time; just do it once and it works throughout my transit. This is great and I highly recommend it for traveling to these countries.
