We followed the Trip.com guide and have a smooth and interesting hop on hop off Big Bus experience. We first enjoyed the Red Route at Paddington Station stop, and joined Blue Route later on. Definitely a joyful day for a family of 5 with 3 children.

The queue (refill priority tickets) is fast, the staff is professional and polite, and the area is convenient for customers to explain before entering.
